The Technical Stuff
We are detail oriented and are meticulous about translating the design intent to constructible documents that can be easily used in the field by the concrete trades.
Our Expertise
We are trained engineers that can translate structural drawings into working reinforcement and dimensional drawings for construction use by the field crew. We provide cut lists and order manifests for rebar to fabricators and communicate with the structural engineer and architects to vet any discrepancies or design issues to ensure constructability issues are avoided in the field.

Our Experience
We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry working with owners, contractors, and construction managers. After a number of years in the structural design industry, we started a rebar and dimensional detailing division for one of the top concrete contractors in NYC. We are expanding to service other companies/projects in the Tri-State area.
Our Approach
Our service includes a comprehensive review of the architectural and structural drawings relative to coordination and constructability to eliminate field issues. We strive to identify issues during the detailing process to eliminate down time for the crews in the field.
Why Us?
We have over 20 years experience in the industry and pride ourselves on our attention to detail and constructability. The engineering community is leaning more towards production and is falling short on the details in their drawings. We fill that gap by providing complete and concise details and drawings that facilitate productivity in the field.
